Okay, lets keep this as simple as possible!

  1. Free Web Pages (FWP) on ilovelooe.co.uk are provided as a free service and always will be.
  2. You can create as many FWP on ilovelooe.co.uk as you like - the more the merrier but please don't create different pages using duplicated content - Google hates duplicate content as do we! We call pages like this "Rotten pages" and they will not be published (we read everything!) and you could be banned from creating further FWP.
  3. FWP cannot just contain a link to your website as we are not a link farm! All web pages are checked first before publishing and 'little text' or 'link only' FWP will be discarded. Creative, passionate and original pages will get you noticed by Google and be loved by your readers.
  4. ilovelooe.co.uk is a family website so do not use FWP to abuse, harass, threaten, malign, flame or intimidate others. Neither may you upload, post or otherwise include any content that is defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable, hateful, promotes or provides information about illegal activities, or promotes any act of cruelty to animals.
  5. You must not use FWP to distribute anything illegally or as a file sharing or downloading service.
  6. Please don't waste your time creating FWP about male hormone drugs, credit card debt or online gambling. We check everything and these pages will not be published. In-fact, any content we deem inappropriate will not be allowed on ilovelooe.co.uk. If you want to check something first, email us here.
  7. ilovelooe.co.uk and any person working on it or involved with it in any way will not be responsible for anything that happens to you or as a result of you or anyone else using or creating FWP.
  8. FWP are provided on an 'as is', 'as is available' basis and although we will endeavour to keep ilovelooe.co.uk running at all times there are bound to be occasions when the server decides to take a break for a short while. We apologise for this in advance because no web service provider can guarantee 100% up-time!
  9. ilovelooe.co.uk is a 'permanent' website, i.e. it'll be here a very long time. However, should something unforeseen happen, we reserve the right to close it along with FWP without notice. Should the website ever be sold, we will inform all FWP authors beforehand.
  10. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. All updates will be posted here and a date of update posted at the top of this page.
  11. FWP are web standards compliant when created. We do not guarantee that pages will remain compliant for the duration of their life.
  12. You may not, at anytime, add your own affiliate links to your FWP! This will get you banned and your FWP removed.
  13. Do not use images or text that you don't own on your FWP. You are responsible for what goes on your FWP and if a legal case comes our way for copyright infringement because of your FWP we will ensure you get served the legal notice. Basically - no stealing.
  14. Do not use FWP in any way that will harm ilovelooe.co.uk i.e. hacking, viruses, trojans and all that stuff. Spread some love - not chaos - we're trying to do some good here!
  15. ilovelooe.co.uk will NOT spam you with loads of email or sell your email address to anyone. We will occasionally send you an email about what's happening on ilovelooe.co.uk but you will be able to cancel these at anytime.
  16. ilovelooe.co.uk is run by Chris Halls at Carn Brea, Shutta Road, Looe, Cornwall PL13 1HW. You can call me on 01503 264422 if you need to. If you want to email me about FWP, ilovelooe.co.uk or even about a website design job, please contact me by email here.
