Looe Lugger Regatta 2009
What can I say except that the Cornish Lugger festival this year was amazing. I met some really interesting and passionate people who obviously live and breath sailing. The boats were incredibly varied, some old and tired looking whilst others had obviously had a new 'lick of paint' and were resplendent in their beauty. I was moved.
Thank you to everyone who helped get me on the Press boat (Andrew and Dave) and to the organisers who arranged such a great event. I've heard people talking about it all over town and long may it continue.
