National Powerboat Racing is coming to Looe this weekend - 2009 |

Alastair Pearn has forged his way into the Powerboat Racing fraternity and made a splash for Looe too!

Last year several powerboats took part in some exhibition racing in Looe, cruising out from the Norman Pearn boatyard, down Looe River and out into the bay. You can see my photographs here.
The day's racing was highly charged and a taster for was to come this weekend, except this year it's going to be even BETTER!
Powerboat racing PARTY!
If you fancy a good night out, some food, dancing and a chance to meet up with some of the boat crews, then head on over to the Hannafore Point Hotel on the 2nd May at 6.30pm. The party goes on 'til late apparently so it should be worth a visit.
For more details and tickets, please contact Alastair Pearn directly on 07887 638156.
