The fifth Festival by the Sea celebration in Looe, Cornwall kicks off next week – come and join in!

Dates: 27th, 28th and 29th of June 2008

Once again Looe throws open its arms to everyone in celebration of all things Cornish.

There will be over 60 events at the festival for people to visit, see and get involved with, all run by local organisations. These include:

  • Daily food tastings on the quayside
  • Visiting boats & vessels
  • The Looe Pirates and Buccaneers
  • Dance shows
  • St Piran Singers
  • Polperro Fishermens Choir
  • Looe Valley Singers
  • Round the Island Race
  • Ryder Life Boat

Daily food tastings on East & West Looe Quays

Taste South East Cornwall is central to Looe’s Festival by the Sea and its members aim to tempt you down to the quayside to savour their locally produced products and dishes.
